Palos Verdes High School is live streaming daily Yoga and Meditation sessions, Monday – Friday at 4p PST on their Instagram profile.
We can all use some yoga to help with getting the body up to speed and moving, and meditation to help the mind slow down, allowing us to take stock ourselves.
Make these Yoga + Meditation sessions a party of your daily routine to help break it up a bit. It might even be fun for the family to partake and enjoy.
